1. About the service
ParkDaj is a platform that lets residents of the same building or neighborhood share and coordinate the use of parking spots. Vladimir Ćotrić (fizičko lice (MVP / pre registracije)), based in Beograd, Srbija, provides the platform as an intermediary and is not a party to individual arrangements between users.
2. Acceptance of terms
By registering and using ParkDaj you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
3. Account and user obligations
- You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting.
- You must register with accurate data (name, email, unit, building).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
- You must not abuse the system, harass others, or use the platform in violation of the law.
4. Peer-to-peer parking sharing
- ParkDaj lets users publish free parking windows and reserve spots shared by other building members.
- Any arrangement around spot usage is between the owner and the reserving user; ParkDaj is not a party to it.
- The base service is free. Paid transactions between users are not supported in this version; if introduced later, separate terms will apply.
5. Limitation of liability
ParkDaj does not guarantee parking availability or the accuracy of data entered by other users, and is not liable for any damage arising from the use or inability to use parking spots (vehicle damage, theft, disputes with spot owners, etc.). Users assume the risk for their own vehicles and property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vladimir Ćotrić is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual property
The name “ParkDaj”, the logo, the design, and all platform software are owned by Vladimir Ćotrić or licensed from third parties. Using the platform does not grant any rights to these materials beyond limited personal use of the service.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to support@parkdaj.com. We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to the service and terms
We may change features and terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Republika Srbija. Any dispute arising out of the service is resolved by the competent court in Belgrade.
